Payment & Refund Policy for Individuals Registering Themselves for Training

• Course payment must be made five days prior to the start date of the course in order to guarantee placement in the class
• Course cancellation five days prior to the start date of the course will receive full refund (100%) of paid course fees
• Course cancellation between five days and 24 hours prior to the start date of the course will be charged a cancelation penalty fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the paid course fees
• No refunds will be given for cancellation the day before the course, non attendance or withdrawal from the course during the duration of the course
• All refunds will be issued back to the individual, or company named as the payee, within ten business days
